Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the 'Company' or 'Shudo' will mean Shudo International Ltd. and the 'Customer' will mean any person, firm, company, corporation or body which places an order with the Company.


Sales
All subject to our final confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice. All wines and products are offered subject to remaining unsold. All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This list cancels all previous lists.


Payment
Payment can be made by designated Credit Cards, Bank Transfer, FPS, PayMe, Tap & Go, and Octopus. All product prices listed are in HK dollars. Payment by the Customer is due within 5 working days upon issue of order confirmation by the Company. Otherwise, the Company has full discretion to cancel the order.


Breakages and Shortfall
All Customers are requested to examine the goods immediately upon collection or delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged at the time of delivery, otherwise any breakages or shortfall shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter.


Force Majeure
Shudo International Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Description and Quality
We will act in good faith when purchasing all products sold on this website, but we will not be responsible for the condition of products or whether the product corresponds to the qualities which might be expected from its description.


Returns
Returns are permitted if the Goods were delivered to the Customer incorrectly (these should be reported to the Seller within 2 working days of delivery). Authorized returns must be arranged in advance to allow sufficient time for collection documentation to be raised. The returned goods must be the same goods as those supplied, no substitutions are permitted. Goods must be returned in exactly the same condition as they were supplied. The Company will not accept any return of goods nor will provide any refund for any orders other than the above situation.


Sale of Alcohol
Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business. Users of this site claim to be the age of 18 years old and elder.


Ownership
All goods ordered remain the property of Shudo International Ltd. or its associates until payment is received in full.
