Antelope 手工蜂蜜酒 This is it Sparkling Mead 就是他了，來自滋賀的Antelope蜂蜜酒，在傳統上蜂蜜酒只使用蜂蜜釀造，但現代亦會參考Craft Beer的釀造方式，嘗試投入其他副原料釀造。此作加入了少量的大麥麥芽，帶有清新的蜂蜜及熱帶水果香氣，自然發酵的氣泡活潑細緻，蜂蜜般的甜美感與酸味來得十分平衡，且酒精度只有6%，是任何時候都能享受的休閒作品。
