Antelope 手工蜂蜜酒 What Churchill Said 致敬邱吉爾所說，來自滋賀的Antelope蜂蜜酒，在傳統上蜂蜜酒只使用蜂蜜釀造，但現代亦會參考Craft Beer的釀造方式，嘗試投入其他副原料釀造。此作以Gin Tonic為藍本釀造而成，亦因Sir Winston Churchill曾高度評價此款傳統雞尾酒而以他名字命名。作品加入了Gin的原料杜松子及青檸釀造，來自青檸的清爽氣息及杜松子的獨特草本香氣為作品加添了獨特的雞尾酒風味，是一款有如高貴雞尾酒的作品。
