Antelope 手工蜂蜜酒 The Last Supper 最後的晚餐，來自滋賀的Antelope蜂蜜酒，在傳統上蜂蜜酒只使用蜂蜜釀造，但現代亦會參考Craft Beer的釀造方式，嘗試投入其他副原料釀造。此作在釀造時使用了Craft Beer中常採用的Sour Fermentation，過程中加入了少量的麥芽以幫助糖化發酵，讓作品在甜潤的酒體上額外增加了酸度及氣泡感，蜂蜜的整體甜味來得更加平衡而獨特，十分適合配上中菜享用。
