而今 生酛秋津山田錦 木桶，是三重 木屋正酒造 的 而今 系列的生酛作品，使用木桶發酵，微微乳酸及熟米飯香氣，酒體圓潤，微甘口帶圓潤酸度，微微木桶香氣伴著點點熟米飯味道，點點酒粕感，收結帶好些銀杏般的苦澀感，是複雜具結構性的作品。
