Antelope 手工蜂蜜酒 Deepseek Bourbon Barrel Aged，來自滋賀的Antelope蜂蜜酒，在傳統上蜂蜜酒只使用蜂蜜釀造，但現代亦會參考Craft Beer的釀造方式，嘗試投入其他副原料釀造。此作在釀造完成後，再在Bourbon木桶中陳釀熟成了一年才裝瓶發售，除了帶蜂蜜帶來的甜潤感外，來自波本木桶的雲呢拿及奶油等風味讓作品更添層次，是成熟的韻味。
