亀の歩み 大吟釀 平成3年度釀造 全国金賞受賞酒 古酒，是吉川商店於平成3年釀造（1991），於平成4年的日本全國新酒鑑評會中，獲得了金賞受賞酒榮譽的作品。此作使用了在當時算是極高精米度的35%精米釀造，釀造後一直在藏內熟成了27年，今年才裝瓶發售（2018）。這是非常復雜深奧的佳釀，毫不簡單，建議進階飲家享用。
