水鳥記 特別純米 夏酒，來自宮城縣角星的作品，全国新酒鑑評會連續6年受賞酒蔵，水鳥記取名由來是因為「酒」這字，酒的三點水為部首「水」，酉在日文讀音為「とり」，亦是鳥的意思，所以就稱為水鳥記。此作使用宮城縣酒造好適米蔵の華釀造，你可以感受到柑橘的香氣和令人聯想到多汁水果的果感甜味，是清新的作品。
