鯉川 純米大吟釀 Beppin 別嬪 雪女神，使用山形縣自家開發酒米 雪女神，這是山形縣花了15年開發的酒米，於2015年正式在品種冊登陸，由 出羽の里（母） 與 蔵の華（父） 交配而成。特點是心白大和蛋白質含量低，最適合用來釀造高質素的大吟釀級別作品。此作將雪女神精米至高標的40%，將帶來雜味的蛋白質盡量減少，讓酒身清爽具透明感。
